Burger King

I have always loved Burger King burgers. We have been coming to this location for many years. So why one star? The last 7 times we have come through the drive-​thru they have gotten the order wrong. Once in awhile I can understand but seven in a row has forced me to open a Unilocal account and post on it. To make it worse, they really didn’t seem to care when we had to go back and get it fixed.

Well they got my order wrong, I guess it’s to be expected going through the drive thru. As for the taste of the food; I once lost a bet and had to eat a cardboard box. This was just a little worse than that.
If you are an adventurous risk-​taker I challenge you to throw these savages 7 bucks and see if what you get is even close to what you order. May the force be with you…

Recently moved to Balch Springs and still haven’t unpacked all of my things to make a good dinner. Drove through the drive through so they could hand me a chocolate shake that was sticky and asking them to clean it up meant wrapping one single napkin around it making it worse. I ordered a whopper all the way with bacon and cheese. Drove back home to open a double meat with cheese and only onions. I drove back and spoke with the manager and before I could say anything he said, «I know, I know we gave you the wrong burger». He started ordering me a whopper before I could even tell him what I wanted on it. When I stopped him, it was like it was just too much trouble to hear me out and he turned his back on me. I will never go back to them again.

Visited 5÷21÷14 for lunch. Went thru the drive-​thru before exiting up on 635. Cheeseburger was room temp and cheese was as cold as if they just took it out of refrig. Ate two bites and and threw the rest out on hwy. Will not be going back to this BK.

The desserts are absolutely awful! Do not get them whatever you do! Slow and not really too intelligent. I can’t tell if the people are lazy or just not that smart. They’re not rude they just don’t listen or understand whats going on… Ever.
