Calloway’s Nursery

This place may be a little higher then Lowes or Home Depto but worth it .The plants always do so much better when we buy from here. They have lots to choose from .Will answer all questions. And they load it up for you. What could be better.

Absolutely beautiful nursery! Although it is a little on the pricey side, you can tell why. All the plants are well cared for, there’s a wide selection to choose from. And the workers were so friendly, as well! Bought an Aloe Vera plant, and would definitely come back again!

A beautiful well cared for green house and the staff are a plus with great knowledge! I enjoy just stopping in because it’s so peaceful and there is rows and rows of flowers!

Calloway’s cost a little more but in the past you received a quality product and good customer service. BUT… Calloway’s is in fast decline. The quality of their plants is now poor, customer service is lacking, and the corporate office is HORRIBLE!!!
My last three plant purchases have all died within days of planting. I recently ordered poinsettes to be delivered to an event. They were delivered late, to the wrong location, the plants were in poor shape when they arrived, and then we find out the delivery guy had given the gift card we ordered to someone we had never heard of. Trying to get help from the store did not help and calling corporate was frustrating.
It has been three weeks, the refund check for the lost gift card just arrived made out to the wrong person. When I called corporate, Kimberly Bird — VP, Retail Marketing (the official company spokesperson), ended up yelling at me and telling me I was not a good Christian because I was telling my friends about my bad experience with Calloway’s. All I want is for them to refund the money back to my credit card used for the originally purchase.
Avoid Calloway’s!

Helpful service. They had expertise and answered my questions. I think they cost a little more but probably saved me money by me actually buying the right stuff the first time and it living.

Went in to get some ideas of what to plant in my shady yard and got some exceptional service at this Calloways. The plants and shrubs there are some of the best I’ve seen in any nursery. I will definitely be back!
