this dry cleaners burned a hole the size of a silver dallor in my 279. comforter and the manager said it’s just a hole, with the curtains bed skirt, valance pillow shams all came to 575.00 and my comforter can not be replaced bed bath and beyond no longer carries mine, I asked to speak to the owner chon Lam and she would not come to the phone, i called and asked to speak to the manager he asked me to bring it in and just acted like it was no big deal, «it’s just a hole» i will never use this cleaners again and my family has been coming here for over 3 years. i did see last week that this cleaners also ruined a customers comforter and that comment was removed and replace with mrs, lams husbans which states this is the best cleaners he lives 50 plus miles away we are in mesquite tx.
