Hart Brothers Dumpsters

They are quick and fast but !!! I called them to learn when they will bring my dumpster what I request yesterday, they told me it will be at my house tomorrow, I arrived at home, dumpster was there, my workers filled half of it, next day I saw they replaced it with empty one with charging replacement fee, with thinking I requested new one, I called them to fix issue but they did not refund my money, they denied what I told them. Now I called them today to requested them to take the dumpster told them not need more, now I m checking my credit card statement I saw they charged me for replacing fee. I called them, left voice message, hope they can fix it

The saying you get what you pay for is very accurate with this company. They only have to do two things, deliver and pick up the dumpster. Somehow they were able to mess both things up. I asked them to deliver at 8:30 in the morning 5 days in advance. We started demolition and the dumpster didn’t arrive until 1:30 and we had to hand carry an entire demolished room instead of just throwing it directly into the dumpster like we planned. I then called 3 days in advance for the pick up and they came a day early before we had disposed of everything. Both times when I called to complain the person answering the phone just laughed like it was an everyday occurrence. If you don’t mind putting up with terrible service for the cheapest price then this is your company.
