Get ready to get slapped in the face with the smell of cinnamon-scented pine cones when you walk in the door! (That’s a good thing!). Was rummaging through what was left of their Halloween fabric stock to make some repairs to my Halloween yard décor. They didn’t have much left in the way of Halloween fabric per se, but they sure had an ample supply of everything else. This store is huge and they have all kinds of cool stuff. As I walked down the isles of fabric, my mind yearned with a longing desire to not be so sewing-machine challenged. Oh well, found what I needed and the sales staff were both friendly and helpful and the girl at the check out register even whipped out a coupon to apply to my purchase and off I went happy and all was well with the world.

Standing in line right now. 12 people in line and one cashier. There are other people working, but no one helping the customers. This is ridiculous. If my wife didn’t need something we couldn’t find elsewhere, we would have turned around as soon as we walked in.

Friendly staff and lots of cute things for your various projects! I purchased some fabric that I wouldn’t have found in the area I live and I was very happy with the results.
The line moves fairly quickly and the cashiers were very courteous.

Cannot say enough nice things about the amazing customer service provided by Amanda today! She took the time to personally guide me through everything I would need for my first sewing endeavor, gathered my materials for me, and gave me a catalogue offering sewing classes since I’m a newbie. I was scared to be ridiculed since I’m so clueless but she was so patient and nice! I will be back (:

Located in a great shopping center. I had never been to this particular Joanns. but it was very nice and clean and organized it had a huge selection of everything for your crafting needs. nice friendly associates
