Kwik Kar Lube Tune & 10 Minutes All Change

This shop is horrible. We took our car in for service after purchasing it and got estimates on 2 occasions before actually having them do any work. Ended up being 3xtra repairs for an extra $ 500 for things they supposedly found. The owner is a «talker» and tried to talk his way through how they were going to take care of the car blah blah blah. They supposedly fixed 3 different oil leaks and the car is still leaking REGULARLY… we will NEVER go back and will certainly be sure to put word of mouth out there that this place is a SCAM. We took the car probably a total of 3x for repairs related to the initial service… had them put in a new alternator after putting in the new battery ourselves. The car died OVERNIGHT! We went back and they claimed it was the wires. Went back to O’riellys to have them double check the battery and the orielly noticed the bolt for the wires was not screwed in properly. The guy took a few minutes to fix that problem and drove it back to my daughter when he was done. NEVER USE THIS PLACE !!
