So I went a few days ago to purchase a mattress. The salesman was very nice and helpful. I felt he was genuinely trying to help me. I purchased a mattress and got it delivered. The movers damaged my bed frame. They weren’t careful or cautions and chipped the wood in multiple areas. Something definitely not easily fixed. They did not even mention it to me. I found out after they left. My husband called and made a complaint to mattress firm. Was told he would receive a call back within 48 hours. We still have yet to hear from them. I will be calling them after work to get a full refund and hope that they don’t charge me the $ 150 for pickup since they damaged my bed and that will be coming out of my pocket. Either way, I’m not a happy customer.
