Oswalt and his crew have always been beyond phenomenal. They are attentive to my every question and need, call whenever there are further issues or costs (will not add in costs without ever letting you know), and always mail me handwritten thank you notes after each visit. The respect and customer service here is almost unparalleled to any other place of business and definitely outranks any other mechanic shop I have ever been to. I could not recommend this place anymore (:
