Beware. Cashier’s will nickel and dime you for every item you order. They will up-sale for every little item they can. The management is rude and obnoxious if you have any issue. This is the nearest Panera Bread to my home so I don’t have a lot of choices if I want to sit and enjoy a coffee and pastry. But I come here occasionally hoping the service changes — hasn’t in the 5 – 6 years I have been coming here. If you there out of something they aren’t gracious to offer something in place or rain check even a free pastry for them not having all the ingredients available but there quick to add up each and every item even though there missing ingredients. My advice order small drinks and take advantage of the refills drinks are priced outrageously. Also, there internet is spotty slow at best. Sorry to be a Debbie-downer but they really need to improve over all restaurant patrons deserve some respect.

They would get 5 stars for the food, but 0 for cleanliness. My husband sent back 3 dirty/sticky soup spoons, finally asked for a plastic/disposable one. Then we witnessed the male staff that brought us the dirty spoons taking off his cap and run his hands through his hair, wipe his eyes and mouth, scratch the back of his neck, all while standing at the counter where they put the orders to take to customers. We notified as manager and he went and spoke to this young man. He did not go and wash his hands, instead, he took a large order of food to a customer. One of the plates of food was up against his hoodie/pullover. While we both loved the food, after seeing what kind of hygiene is acceptable there, we both felt nauseous. After all, that is only what we saw, what do we expect from the workers preparing our sandwiches?

I really enjoyed my first visit to Panera Bread. The Broccoli cheddar soup is such a tummy pleasure but my last two visit have just been okay. Not to sure if it’s just the employees but the food wasn’t as great as I had previously had. I also didn’t enjoy sitting in the new drive thru smelling the smoke from employees on break :(I hope to see things at this location change a bit. But still a fan.

So good. Breakfast has me at bagel and coffee The broccoli and cheese soup is great and I have a sad spot because they killed my favorite sanwhich. Fortunately I’m eating better and the flatbread turkey with cranberry glaze made it ok. Can’t forget the bagets green tea. Greeb tea May not be as good for you since it probably has alot of sugar but I pretend to not know that.

I love Panera Bread! But this is the last time EVER at this restaurant. I’ve eaten here nearly weekly for 5 years… And most every Sunday for lunch. Today the app didn’t work. In recent visits, the service was slow, the restaurant unclean, the coffee and supplies were unreplenished or refreshed(coffee out or old, no sugar, etc.). But today, there were 6 vacant tables available. ALLWEREUNCLEAN!!! I watched as I and other customers had to clean their own tables in order to eat. Unacceptable. We will not come back and will let others know so that management will respond.

Great place for a great meal. This Panera Bread is a staple for weekend lunch with my mom. All the people that work there are so polite and very accommodating. I have never been disappointed with the food they prepare, it is always fresh and delicious.

Had a really good steak and egg on everything bagel here today. The bagel was perfectly toasted and steak and egg weren’t over cooked. Definitely recommend trying this if you go for breakfast. The people busing the tables here are a little annoying though. It seems like they only pay attention and are friendly to certain people.

The coffee is always fresh. Tom is super nice and very helpful. The food is pretty good and I especially like the bread bowls. I usually only come in the mornings for breakfast but I need to try more during the lunch/dinner time frame. Overall, usually a nice experience regardless if it’s the service or the food.

Panera bread has been my favorite place to eat since I was 15, but let me tell you about this location. It was an absolute disaster!!! Phebe from the cash register took my order and she specifically asked me if I wanted chicken on my tortellini Alfredo, after I had ordered the regular with no chicken. Sure enough, my food came with chicken. The tortellini Alfredo tasted like someone had left it in the freezer and stuck it in the microwave for 15 seconds. I asked for chips instead of the baguette, got a baguette regardless. My salad had lettuce pieces that should have been thrown away a very long time ago. I have never been to a restaurant where I had to heat up my own food. The manager asked if I wanted him to make me a new bowl of tortellini Alfredo but he didn’t seem to care that much so I heated it myself — which he had absolutely no problem with. No, I’m sorry, or compensations. Nothing was fresh and clean about my visit!!!

Very lack luster bagel. If your going to charge 2.59 for a bagel and cream cheese I expect it to be more flavorful that what I can find in the freezer section of the grocery stores.

I had a Panera craving on a road trip, so I stopped here. I tried their lentil quinoa broth bowl for the first time paired with the power chicken spinach hummus bowl. Both were delicious! The line was really long, but the staff was efficient, and it moved quickly. They also have those quick order kiosks if you want to skip the line. Instead of my buzzer going off, someone actually brought my order out to me. This happened to me recently at another Panera too, so I wonder if this is their new trend?

Always delicious. They have the kiosk so you can order, swipe your debit card, and get out without dealing with anyone at all. Pretty fantastic. Amazing caramel latte

The staff working the window(handing out the food) were super friendly both times I’ve been. My food was delish and yes they’re proud of their stuff but that Mac is soo yummy it’s worth it! I would go back!

Went here tonight and they were not busy at all, but still managed to screw up our order. We ordered to go and once we got home realized they completely got our order wrong. The bread was really hard and very tough to chew and there so called«panini» was a disgrace! We will definitely be going to Jason’s or McAllisters next time.

There’s a really nice Spanish/Italian gentleman who calls himself Scar really cheered me up after a long and stressful few days. Very pleasant, food was tasty, lots of drinks to choose from, free wifi and several privacy nooks.

A very disappointing meal at the Mesquite Panera. Drove way out of the way because I was having a bread bowl craving. Only to be told«we’re outta bread bowls”– by a rude cashier person who simply stared at me expressionless ! Her next comment was«ya just wanna bowl of soup then»? Um, yeah looks like that’s what I’m getting. To top it off, I wasn’t offered any side – thought that was customary. Apple or nice hunk of good bread, right? So I wait to see what my plain bowl of soup will come with… again, I’m at Panera BAKERY so I’m thinking I’ll get a nice price of bread… but no. I got a factory made, dry roll STILLCOLD from the walk in. Absolutely disappointing. We will NOT be back.

Food is great, but entirely too pricey for sandwiches. I quit coming here and now I know why.

I LOVE this place! I’ve got the rewards card and frequently get breakfast & lunch here. They donate the unused food to local food banks, so I think the prices are fair considering they do their share. Breakfast: my new favorite are the soufflés, but my regular is a everything bagel sandwich with bacon, egg & cheese. The chocolate pastry is heavenly with coffee, and it’s always fresh when I go! Lunch: The pick 2 deal is the best deal for me and the portion is plenty to get me full! Turkey Bacon Bravo is AMAZING, and their broccoli cheese soup is the best when it’s piping hot. And their green tea is freakin GOOD! Although I like sitting in a comfy chair to read or check my email with their wifi, I typically get my order to go because they are usually so busy. The morning staff is incredibly friendly, but the afternoon staff can be a bit snippy when they’re busy.
