I don’t even know how to begin. So I will simply say from the bottom of my heart… do not use this business. I have never experienced such insanity over getting glasses that cost me $ 800,00 dollars. Yes that’s right $ 800. They will not give me my money back and I promised them I would tell everyone I come in contact with not to use this business. So, don’t even be tempted. I know this is a strangers review but I want to help anyone that even thinks about going to this place. Run.

Garland, TX
Totally screwed up the prescription. I normally wear contacts and reading glasses. So when I get the new bifocals home and get the contacts out, I find that I can’t see crap. The reader section isn’t nearly strong enough, and the long distance version is totally off.
Do not use this branch if you want to be able to see. I’ll be disputing CC charges in the morning when the bank opens.
