My 06′ Trailblazer’s battery died while at Town East Mall tonight, but fortunately there was a guy there who could give us a jump… We drove to the Pep Boys on Galloway in Mesquite, and Kate and Brendan were the most helpful and attentive representatives EVER!!! We found out what the problem was and they took care of us promptly, professionally and with the utmost courtesy! Thank you both so, so much!

Wait for about 30 minutes for some one to speak to me about doing work on my car. No one helped me. People were just standing in the office while 3 (including myself) customers stood waiting for someone to speak with us. After I spoke up. they helped everyone but me. I took my car next door and they helped me within 5 minutes of arriving. I wish I could give a 0 star rating for customer service.
