Pizza Inn

The manager here must be very attentive to the number of people coming thru the door because they always have fresh hot food on the lunch buffet regardless of how many are here.
Very good and consistent every time I come.

I order a pizza to go it took a very long time to get it and when I got it it needed some kind of spices salt something very bland. Sad because I grew up loving pizza inn pizza.

We definitely will not be going back. The behavior of the owner was abusive, arrogant, and confrontational. It was first time and our last. I didn’t really care for the food either. Please, do yourself a favor, Cici’s is right down the street and another Pizza Inn location is less than 2 miles away…

The food was alright (cicis is better, cheaper, and fresher). The owner has a very bad attitude. I would say that he is borderline abusive to senior women. Tonight, my mother who is in her 70s and I went to this Pizza Inn location for the first time. She likes anchovies and had asked for two orders. One came out. We didn’t say anything, but when we ran out, we asked our waitress for a second order. While waiting, my mother remarked to me that she’d like me to ask them to change the station on the TV. The owner over heard her as HE, not the waitress, brought her anchovies. He literally got IN HER FACE, not even 6 inches away and told her in a very sarcastic tone that «You only get ONE order at a time here and we DON’T CHANGE the station lady!» She then asked him who he was. He said, «I OWN THIS PLACE!» I personally had to restrain myself from wanting to hit the guy for getting in her face and talking to her this way. I only came here to scout the place as I am the President of a large Mesquite Singles group and was planning on having a group event here… After this experience, I will not. And I will tell my group and friends about this and will be posting this review in every possible avenue I can find. Thanks jerk, you may own the place, but let’s see how your business suffers in time.

Super friendly people from the moment you walk in until the time you pay. For the most part everything is always good but you must come in during lunch time or dinner time when there are a good amout people there in order to get fresh hot pizza. I almost always get a late lunch 2−3sh and I settle for what’s on the buffet at that time. I understand that if there are not a lot of people then there is no need to pump out 7 different pizzas but still. I like variety. That’s my only issue with this place. Other then that great place to eat pizza while watching either news or ESPN.

Nice location. Clean restaurant. Good service and friendly staff. The pizza was hot on the buffet and it was well maintained. I would give it four stars for the people. The disappointment here is the pizza. The pizza sauce has changed and its just not good any more. The sauce at pizza inn was solid for years but is no longer. This is like «new» coke. The corporate guys just don’t get it. This franchise brand has been struggling for a few years despite the fact the most of their stores were putting out a much better product than the competition. Too bad they now have the «new» sauce. Maybe pie five will save them. Doubt it.

We use Pizza Inn mailers for the discount and the Pizza is always hot and tasty. I have never had an issue with the order or service in 3 years of using this restaurant. I read on Google reviews of 2 Black families claim to have gotten bad service. I have seen a mix of Black, White, Mexican eating inside on most pickups. I am not discounting their claims however I have never seen a problem. I am order food right now.

This has always been one of the better Pizza Inn locations in the DFW area. The pizza is good and they keep fresh pizzas on the buffet constantly. The reason for only 3 stars was the salad bar. That was the biggest joke of a salad bar that I have ever seen. They had shredded lettuce as the salad. Shredded lettuce is for subs and burgers, not for a salad bar. Also, the price of $ 9.50 for the buffet and a drink was way overpriced considering what the salad bar was. Pizza was good, everything else just killed it though.

PIZZA INN HAS NEVER FAILED ME!!! Since I was a kid my family has always gotten thin crust with WHATEVER toppings because they are alllll amazing! The sauce is to die for!!!

Very friendly staff. Good pizza buffet and cheap!
