Walked in to dine at 9:00pm — AC is out(or off), condiments are put away, coke machine is nasty, no tea available &NOT willing to make any with an hour left to go before close :(Staff is timid, merely communicated to us and offered ZERO apologizes for their unwillingness to make flipping tea! Let’s just see if the food comes out correctly! Why does this location always have to be such a pain in the rear! Grr

What a horrible experience! Let’s start with service… it simply doesn’t exist. Not a hello, not a thank you. The restaurant was unbelievably hot. We finally asked what was wrong with the air and the guy says… oh, we’ll turn it on. Crazy!!! I didn’t see any sweet tea so I asked were they out? His response was we’re not out, we’re making some. Last mind blowing issue, we ordered the new blueberry pie. We break it open and it’s apple. We take it back, say we ordered blueberry as we showed him what we received and he asked me… well what is that. APPLE!!! Second try, apple agaiin. I asked for a manager and they all look at each other. Great wait to tarnish a great brand. Popeyes, hire a quality staff that understands that your customer experience matters.

Third time trying this place the customer service is absolutely horrible and every time I go there seems like there something wrong this time for lunch their card reader didn’t work and I only ordered a side of red beans and rice and they cannot accept my credit card. Manager is absolutely rude and talks about you in Spanish thinking that you don’t know Spanish

Where do I start? My boyfriend and I go here all the time because we like the food though its no longer worth dealing with the consequences. Our most recent visit is what I’m so upset about this time which was on Saturday the 8th of June at 11:30pm. As soon as you pull up to the window, be prepared for the most horrific smell of sewage you could ever imagine. It makes me lose my appetite immediately. We ordered and I wasn’t feeling well so I didn’t order anything. Then as we were pulling up I decided I needed to try to eat so he asked the lady at the window(who was the shift manager, we were told when we asked an employee who was actually a very friendly guy with glasses, maybe he should take her job) if she could add an order. She said yes and asked what we wanted. My boyfriend told her I wanted the three piece chicken tenders with fries and a dr pepper. She then asked what side again and he said fries. She called out to make spicy tenders and I told my boyfriend to tell her I didn’t want spicy I want mild. He did and she changed it. She should’ve asked but she’s only a manager. I’m sure she got promoted because she CAN’T do her job.(Sarcasm) Then she said, ‘And you said mashed potatoes, right?’ My boyfriend said ‘No I said fries.’ Clearly listening isn’t her strong side because we have to repeat ourselves about ten times EVERYSINGLE time we come here. Then she asked us to pull to the side and she would bring our order because the tenders would be 5 minutes. We did and waited. A few minutes later the nice guy in the glasses brought us our food and my boyfriend asked for hot sauce. The guy promptly went to the window and knocked to get hot sauce. The shift manager looked our way and while handing him hot sauce, rolled her eyes and said something under her breathe and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t along the lines of being positive. The guy brought us our hot sauce and my boyfriend asked if the woman was a manager and he said ‘yes, she’s the shift manager.’ We left and my boyfriend and I were livid. If you hate your job so badly that this is how you’re reflecting your company then you no longer need to be giving that company a bad name and be let go. THEN to make matters worse, we got home to eat and my boyfriends chicken was white meat when he asked for all dark meat and it was cold in spots. Not cold like it had been sitting while mine was cooking but cold like frozen and not cooked properly. I know that I sure wouldn’t want that to be the experience people were having at my restaurant. This is the last straw. Every other time we’ve come here it has been equally unpleasant. No food is worth being treated like a nuisance! I’m paying your rent lady!
