This is such a gross, dirty little nail salon. It’s in the mall so you might be tempted to stop in for a quick mani or pedi while you’re on a shopping trip— don’t. The staff are very rude and speak in I believe Vietnamese the entire time, they didn’t even acknowledge me except to ask what service I wanted. One woman approached me with a wheel of fake nails, I told her I didn’t want acrylics and she kept following me around but I couldn’t understand what she wanted. The polish I selected was dried out and obviously quite old, and the tools my manicurist used did not come from a sterilized pouch but rather from a dirty drawer in her workstation. The hand massage was brisk and rough with cheap, smelly lotion. I have a lot of tattoos and one of the other workers came and stood over us during my mani— she didn’t say a word, just stared for several minutes. I don’t know if she was trying to make out my tattoos or what but it was very uncomfortable. She did NOT do a good job, my nails are blotchy and streaked with polish, I still have a few rough cuticles and there is polish bled out of the line of my nail bed and into the cuticle. She told me to go sit under the light/fan to dry— three of the bulbs were burned out and the fan blew warm, smelly air across my hands. I sat there for about 5 minutes before I just paid and left. VERY disappointed and my nails look like crap. Will definitely never come here again, not even for something as simple as a polish change.
