Fourteen minutes on hold, finally gave up. I don’t know if the food is any good and never will. Take my review with a grain of salt because if I personally feel that if you can’t even handle a phone call I am not sure if you’re capable of cooking my meal.

The place is nice and the tacos ate full of meat but the meat is bland at best, the grilled unions are barely cooked thru and the green sauce they have is hot, which is actuallly ok, but it too is just bland as well, it’s like they do t use salt at all on their food.

The tacos I ate were called Trompos. Meat very nicely seasoned on the first trip I went to. Had take out recently and it was just as delicious. Only problem was with take out the sauce was too little. I like to soak my shells into the green hot sauce. On Friday’s they have Mariachi, would love to see it. Staff was really nice and the décor is what you’d expect. Best thing is it is close to my house and easily accessible.

Real Mexican Tacos. Real good. They give you a nicely filled taco. You won’t be hungry as you sit in the satisfying afterglow of south of the border inspired cuisine. I’ll tell you this. If you really want a treat, I have two words for you… Chicken Tinga. You will not regret it.

We saw this place when it first opened and we decided to give it a try. We had the taco special and they were pretty good. The tacos came with rice and beans and all I can say is that they were pretty bland. The chips we had before the meal was kind of stale. The waitress was more concerned about teaching us the Spanish word for pork and beef instead of taking our order. We had to flag her down to get a refill on our sweet tea (oh did I say sweet tea?) because we kept asking her for sweet tea and she kept bringing us unsweetened tea with very little ice. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was like eating inside a warehouse. With all that said, we may come back for just the tacos, but as a take out order.

$ 6.99 Tacos Plate was pretty good for the price They will bring me back for more. Staff was inattentive at best, despite only having 4 tables seated. We set there quite a while waiting on refills (which never came) and the check.

Great taqueria. My wife is not a fan of the dive taco stands I love, so this place works for her. It always clean and food tastes great. I love the breakfast burritos

I visited this Mexican taco place the other day. The to go presentation isn’t the best but these tacos are full of meat and very flavorful. I order two beef, one chicken, one trompo on corn tortillas. However, I got my order checked it and took a bite. The meat was luke warm. And my churro was thrown in a separate bag not wrapped in foil. How does that happen? I had to ask for the churro be wrapped. But over all it was delicious! I’d go again if I’m in the area.

Excellent hot sauce, extremely fast service. I ordered 25. breakfast tacos to go. They were complete in 10.minutes. The staff are polite and helpful. No complaints

First time here, food was good but only reason why not 4 stars is because there was no horchata, no cilantro and the drinks were hot. The torata was huge! Fajitas were tasty only complaint was bread was stale and over powered by the butter used to toast the bread. Stay away from the carnitas! They where bland and mushy. Rice and beans delicious. Taco… would have been great! If they had cilantro and onions! Will give it another chance. And.BTW. there is no free dessert chocolate fountain!

Ate a lot of tortas in my time. Feels good to be able to get a torta that actually has the freakin beans in it and not have to go to the other side and risk getting shot! Name says it all Place is legit, enough said!

I was looking for a new taco place in the Mesquite area and came across this. Just opened two weeks ago. I tried barbacoa, pork carnitas and chicken fajita corn tacos. I would have to say I wasn’t a fan of the barbacoa as it lacked flavor and the chicken was a little dry. Pork carnitas would have to be my favorite. Overall, it’s a decent taco place but I would lean more towards another Mexican restaurant or Chipotle for tacos.

First time here and it was really good. Service was great. Little loud but still able to have a normal conversation. I got one of every taco they had just to get the full experience. My favorite was the. Barbacoa. Great flavor all the way around. My least favorite was the shredded beef. Really greasy and flavor was not that great. That is just my personal opinion.
Wife had the 3 taco plate with rice and beans. She liked it but said the beans were just flat and bland. Kids had quesadillas one beef one cheese. Not bad. Had plenty of cheese and they ate all of it. Only thing the kids didn’t like was the «chips» and salsa. They have mini fried tortillas (that you have to break to get chips) that some were crispy and some were soggy and couldn’t chew and the salsa was hot to hot for the kids. It did have a nice heat to it.
All in all it was a great bite. Great new taste in Mesquite and we will be back.

New Taco place in Mesquite and is awesome! Had the taco plate and the tacos had tons of meat on them and were great! Definitely will be back! Glad to have this open so close to home!
