Went there today based on a recommendation from a friend who already owns a 5^th wheel. He and his wife met Kaye, a salesperson, at the Dallas RV show last week. They were in the market to upgrade and found Kaye very delightful and honest. They referred us to her and I informed her that my wife and I are just beginning to look into purchasing an RV
Didn’t know what we would want or need
And my wife was not there. She took time to ask lots of questions before even showing us 1 unit. She was outstanding and although I did not purchase yet. When I do it would be from Kaye.

The woman working in the service dept is VERY RUDE. In fact when I decided to purchase another travel trailer I went elsewhere.

Great choice if you are in the market for an RV or need your RV repaired. Excellent staff and super friendly. They were very helpful to us when we stopped in after we lost our RV mirror to an eighteen wheeler. They got us back on the road in no time.

It should come as no surprise to people that know me that I am in the market for a pop up camper so that I can take my love of camping out at NASCAR on the road. So Saturday I embarked on my inaugural trip to check out the merchandise at some RV centers. First stop — Nichols.
We walked in and a nice older man asked what I was looking for and, even though it was cold out, he took me to show me the models that they had with my specs. He answered questions, he sat patiently while I checked out each camper, and even chit chatted with us about who our drivers were, etc. Then he took us inside and gave us a brochure on the models we looked at with the model clearly circled and the asking price written underneath. Convenient for all the decision making that I need to do later.
Overall I would totally consider buying my camper from Nichols. Nice people, low pressure sales tactics, and helpful service means that I will definitely keep them at the top of the list when I get ready to purchase this ode to my redneckness!
