Not the biggest buffet compared to the Vegas ones. Friday is crablegs and seafood for $ 16.99. The mahi mahi, scallops and swordfish were super hard and chewy, i dont know how all the old folks can eat it since that was the majority of the crowd. Loved the giant steamed salmon and deluxe pizzas. Would have given another star if their dessert selection was good. Just softserved icecream and saran wrapped pies, bread and rice puddings. The serving staff were very friendly. Try to go around 6 to beat the long lines.

I came here with my parents that said they really liked this place last time they were in Mesquite for vacation. It did not live up to my expectations. The feel of this place is like a homey feeling buffet, but the food was mediocre in my opinion. For the price range, it’s not bad, but I wouldn’t talk this place up to my friends/family. It’s kind of just a place to eat in Mesquite that’s not fast food or an expensive-ish sit down restaurant.

Thus buffet was marginal at best. I may be a little biased living in the buffet capital of the world but this place was not up to par, especially for the price. There was plenty of variety. We were there for southern BBQ day. There was brisket, ribs, skewers, etc. But the majority of the food was bland and dried out. The salad bar was extensive, the fried chicken was good and the Mac and cheese was also pretty good. Aside from that the food was barely edible.

What a great breakfast buffet and it’s only $ 6.99… You get«make your own omelets»(omelette station) where you can also choose freshly cooked eggs or scrambled eggs, any way you want.(Shrimp, bacon, mushrooms, cheese, and many other ingredients are offered). There are dozens of selections on the steam table– I particularly liked the«Breakfast Pizza», very creative for a buffet. You also get desserts(check out the«sugar free» chocolate cream pie) and all the beverages and juice you could possibly want. In Northern CA, you would have to pay $ 15 or more for this spread. Even in Las Vegas, NV – you will pay $ 9 or $ 10 for this level of breakfast gluttony. Did I mention they have lots of fresh fruits? Strawberries, Melons, Bananas, etc… and the usual canned fruits that old people love. My only NEGATIVE about this place: The OLDPEOPLE that come here from nearby Sun City are pathetic. They are gambling away their savings here… as evidenced by all of them having«Comp» tickets for a free buffet. Old people have a musty odor and when you have hundreds of them congregating all in one place, you have that«Old People Smell.» If you can handle the visuals & olfactory aspect —- this is the place to FILLUP on your way to Bryce/Zion NP’s.

Crab is the only good thing. It takes no skills to boil crab so that’s the only thing that isn’t done poorly. It’s not really worth the price.

Pot roast was really good. Prime rib was okay. The spare ribs were delicious. The salad bar was fresh. The dessert bar had a big selection. The soft serve was a huge hit with our two kids. Overall they had a good selection. $ 12.99 for adults and children 4,5, and 6 $ 7.00.

We stayed here at the hotel for the night and decided to try the buffet out. I was really surprised by the amount of choices and the quality of the food. The best thing by far was the omelet station. The man running the show was a master and warning if your getting an omelet be prepared they are HUGE I had shrimp, spinach, peppers, onions, Jalapeños and chess and it was fabulous. There are plenty of hot choices as well as pastries and desserts, definitely worth the money. Service we got was very good and he was always there offering refills and to make sure we had everything we needed. Come check them out.

I’ll give it 4 stars for a descent selection. I just get the feeling this is not high qualify prepared food. Here for Thanksgiving and the Turkey was good as was the service. The price was fine, but fluctuates daily as does the theme of the buffet.
