Sonic

I have a love hate relationship with this sonic. It’s close to my work but they are SOOOOOO SLOW nor are they consistent!!! Every now and then my order will be the best I’ve ever had; most of the time it’s awful. I’ve gotten grilled cheeses that are not cooked, burgers with nothing on them, and breakfast burritos that have little to no meat in them. I must be attracted to poor service and food, else why would I go back? I wish the McDonald’s had breakfast items that I liked because they are much more consistent!

I used to love Sonic’s Frito Chili Pie as they were reasonably priced, filling snack entrees. Today I decided to go back and order a small, as I haven’t had on in a while. It appears that sonic is going through some cost cutting as the new small is about half the size as the old one. When I confronted a car hop, they confirmed this was indeed a small. $ 1.99 for 2 bites is not reasonable.

I went here a couple of weeks ago. the young lady in the drive thru was very polite. this post is not about her and her performance. My issue is with whoever is running the place. We order chicken tenders and a chili cheese dog and both of us wanted tator tots the young lady said i’m sorry we don’t have any tots we got fries even though they suck. We waited a real long time for the tenders and the young lady explained it takes a while to fix them. finally food was ready and then I remembered we needed some good old sonic ice, I requested a bag of ice and the young lady said oh i’m sorry we don’t have anymore bags. WTH. It’s not her fault, but this store has been here quite a while the manager should know what and how often things sell at his /​her store. Very poor management decisions

Katie is always friendly and the breakfast burritos keep my coming back for more.
