I love Dr Guttikonda. But the office staff at the Rowlett location is so completely incompetent that I’m about to find a new doctor. No one will return my calls. Literally. I have never gotten a return phone call. If I need something done I have to physically drive to the office and talk to someone face to face. There are ALWAYS problems with my prescriptions and the pharmacist can never get in touch with anyone to fix it. I’m so sick of this.
