I recently signed a contract with Rafael Gonzalez at this location and was given false information by him. He told me I could get a $ 15 discount on a cell phone lease and a %18 discount for being military. However, once I got my bill with no discounts applied he would not help fix the issue. After filling a claim with fcc I was able to get one of the two discounts applied.

(S6 Edge) CUSTOMERSERVICEIS A-1 !!! Phone Tech, LEADTECHCONSULTANT, Christopher Vazquez Saved my Life! My fingerprint stopped working, none of my «correct» pswds would work to get access to phone. He def went above and BEYOND to help me. He made calls for me from work phone, let me bring in my laptop to research other issues, i mean, he was amazing! And yet again, he’s saved the day. My s6 edge wouldn’t charge, wouldn’t turn on, nothing. Googled and tried all kinds of troubleshooting, nothing worked. Chris is AMAZING! Store Manager Marsina is such a sweet lady. PLZVISITTHISSTORE, THEY’REAMAZING !

This review will be short as Sprint does not deserve any extra time wasted on them. I went in to get a print out of my last bill. Something that would take all of a few minutes and they wanted me to wait an hour and a half to get just that. Wow. No thanks. Any better options? Glad I’m not with sprint any more.

This place is a total mess, the only bright spot is Ed Beardmore. Total mayhem and otherwise horrible service. I now go to another location. I believe the manager’s name is Nashel and she is the equivalent of a current day slave driver. I’ll never go back and I suggest everyone reading this to do the same. I had a 6:15 appointment, showed up at 7 and my name was still down the list. I called to inform them of the delay and they just left me in queue. Called back next day and juvenile employee could not understand the simple words«I want to try to process my upgrade». So done with that location!

This is an extremely busy location. I mean extremely busy. I know that they can’t help that-so I won’t give them a one star-but my last few visits have not been great experiences. The staff can be very helpful-or can seem like helping you is the last thing they care about. It really is that bipolar a place to visit. The pressure on them to upsell must be tremendous because I had to tell them 5 times I did not want to buy an Otterbox through them. The store itself is usually clean and with all the windows it is always light inside. The parking lot can be very packed –so be prepared. Once you do get to a window most of the associates do seem to have a pretty good idea of how to help you if your problem is a simple one. If there is another Sprint store nearer yuo I would avoid this one, if possible. If not just come prepared for a lenghty visit.

Sprint gets a 1 star rating because Eddie in the store makes up for the –100 stars they would receive. My phone has been brought in for problems several times & major issues brought us back 1 day before renewal & what the customer service reps say is the norm(sometimes a week or day early) turns out to be obscene in the corporations mind!!! Seriously, ONEDAY???
