This is my second time here. The store is slow and the store is very dirty. The restroom smell as like the NYC subway in the summer time. Although they have someone sweeping the floor and about 4 people behind the counter the store is dirty.
The last time I was here I almost called the health inspector, employee sanitation was below acceptable standards.
LOL, the employee behind the counter just said to a coworker that this store is a disaster. Maybe they just had a rush, but the grime indicates that proper cleaning is not a strong point.
They all seem friendly, but it’s either this location or the mall.

I had order a Venti Café Frap. Today and Kathy made me a grande vanilla bean I told her that’s not what I Oder and she yelling at me. Asking me what did I ordered… But with an attitude so I told her what I had ordered but she didn’t cared than she made another customer order … I told her it’s okay she doesn’t need to make my drink anymore with her poor service. I told her I would call her manager on her than she asked another customer for her number to be her witness. Sad!!! Of course she wouldn’t give her number as she felt awkward about it. I never come back here again. Poor service…

Great Starbucks location with everything on the menu.
Had to come to this location from another that was I side a Tom Thumb grocery store due to them not having smoothie ingredients. Really? You’re in a grocery store.
Tons of people here working with laptops, the place is very clean and not too loud. Great outdoor seating too for when the weather is nice.
No drive through at this location as it is on the end cap of a strip center in a larger retail complex. Easy to find with plenty of parking.

This is the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. I have been to countless Starbucks across America and actually in other parts of the world. This place is filthy, the furniture has stains on them, scratches, etc. terrible. Pics attached

I use to love the service here they were always friendly with customers greeting them and always smiling but the people now look like they hate there job and the coffee has tasted horrible the past couple time I’ve had to drive to the next closest Starbucks for coffee because I’ve definitely had not good tasting coffee in this location!

Not my favorite SB. Cashier did not know the about the promotion. When I told him, he denied of the promotion — even though it was on their menu/​special board! When I pointed out, he simply said, «oh, I guess they’ve just added it.» Well, the promotion has been going for 3 days…
Tables and restroom were dirty. The rest of the baristas were ok — nothing bad or good that stands out.

I am only giving this Starbucks that many stars because it is Starbucks and I love Starbucks. BUT… this location is the worst I visit. Always slow and their coffee is always cold.

1st time I’ve ever been so compelled to write a review for SBux. A few things, line to order posed no issue but the wait for the drink was horrendous (about 20min). Didn’t stop there I waited patiently until multiple drinks were made before mine that were customers behind me in line, still waiting, an associate from behind the bar comes out and noticing the current bar guy getting backed up so she asks him why he did not call her sooner, he didn’t even respect her enough to respond. Then as he Is finally making my drink he states «I’m working on it, relax» straight to my face! Starbucks is simply not for everyone dude, quit and find something that does make you happy so you don’t have to depress others around you. Thank you sir for taking away the feel good I came to get from my local Starbucks.

This location has great customer service and is a fun store to go to. My only complaint is that there isnt any BAR seating. If your going there to study they have plenty of plug-​ins

Your pretty standard Starbucks. Friendly people. Busy. Nothing much to really mention. Except… that the chairs and tables outside are not ideal for people who need to read, write or use the for their laptops. I sat there awkwardly hunched over because the table height was not compatible with the chair height. Needless to say, after sitting there for about 10 minutes, I moved back inside and found a spot that was waaaaay more comfortable!

Went here today (9−7−12) and was waited on by a very nice looking Hispanic looking guy. However, I’ve never had such rude help at ANY Starbucks. No smile, no conversation, no nothing– I may as well have been a bug on the window. For the prices this company has the cajones to charge for their stuff, I don’t think a smile and/​or a ‘thank you’ is too much to ask. Won’t go back anytime soon.

I have been living in a web of lies for years now. I told myself that I would never be in the same company with faux aristocrats and pretentious young adults.
While I’ve never physically stepped foot in the den of evil, I can’t stop myself from endulging in a Starbucks Frappuccino from the local convenience store. Daily.
Yes the price is outrageous, $ 2.79 plus tax for 13.7oz, but I must have it! The mocha flavor is my favorite, it’s the right blend of coffee, milk and sugar. The texture is so smooth and creamy, it goes so well with a doughnut.
I refuse to be sucked into learning the Starbuck’s Latte Lingo, I’d rather learn Latin. Who’s idea was it to create names for the cup sizes? If I want a small, then «Give me a small.» should be sufficient, not «Give me a Venti.»
Starbucks, you will get my money! But I’ll never come to your establishment and be demoralized by your baristas. Never I say, NEVER!
