A friend recently had her fence stained by Tex Wood and raved about the results. I called last week to get an estimate. The person who answered the phone said that the estimator was out and I should call back later when they might be in. I still am not sure I am supposed to know when that would be. I asked if I could leave my name and number. A week went by and no one has called. Yesterday, I called at 4:15 (the website says they are open until 7:00) and got voicemail. I left a detailed message with my name, phone number and reason for calling. I also went to their website and submitted an online request for service. More than 24 hours later, still not a word. I simply don’t understand why companies like this make it so hard to give them my business.
