My wife and I just got back from an extended vacation in the north east. We visited Niagara Falls, Toronto, Boston, New York City and Washington DC. We visited restaurants the likes of Peter Lugers, Omni Parker Hotel, Capital Grill, Joes Prime Seafood and Steaks, etc. Trust me when I say that a few placed were only marginally better. But at double or triple the cost! The meals here are a wonderful bargain! I love the fine steaks and seafood from Gregory’s, the wonderful buffet from the Town Square Buffet and the easy living Mason Street Café. For the price, this place can stand with the best of them. We like this place!

I hadn’t been here in awhile, but remember the Friday and Saturday seafood buffet. I started wondering if things had changed since I had been here last when I noticed there wasn’t a line to get in. It was completely different. Not worth $ 20. Much better buffet at the Chuckarama in St. George for 12.99. No longer serve seafood on Saturday nights. Trying to do «world flavors.» About 6 feet of buffet was just taco makings. Korean bbq as tough as shoe leather. Kababs were dry. Prime rib was only so so. Who wants bangers and mash anyway? Asian foods ok, but why am I paying $ 20 for less quality than Panda Express. Wife wanted mashed potatoes and gravy with her turkey. No mashed potatoes, no stuffing, no turkey gravy. They seemed to offer a lot of low quality meats like sausages. Tried the chicken Marsala. Flavorless.

Great Buffet. The Crab Legs were great and the Selection and Service is fantastic . It’s as good as Cesar’s. The service is actually better than Cesar’s, I love the people there. BA

Just left the buffet and won’t be returning ever. Service was dismal, our table and silverware were dirty, and the food was mediocre at best. We had to flag down our server who was very short with us but busy taking selfies with her regulars at the next table. I asked for blueberries for my little one so I could stop dissecting and wasting pancakes and was told we could«only have 5».(I’m pretty sure I ended up wasting 5 more pancakes). In the future we’ll drive a little further and go to Vegas.

I don’t really like buffets and since the hubby wanted to go, I followed. Extremely nice staff, and extremely efficient. It was seafood night and the buffet was spotless and well stocked. We tried a little of most of the items, but will not go back mainly because we ate too much and felt that the quality of the food was not great. If you like buffets, then go for it. Price was $ 15/ea.

I visited this buffet after visiting the casino for the first time on a day trip from Las Vegas. I gave them quite a bit of play and then went to see a host about getting a comped meal and got two buffet passes. It was a Saturday night and we were seated right away. The fastest I’ve ever been through the cashier and seated at a buffet, with or without a free pass. The place kind of reminds me of a hybrid of a buffet chain(like Hometown Buffet or Golden Corral) and a standard casino buffet. After being seated we went and got our own glasses for drinks, but I think the servers will bring these to you as well. There is one of those Coke machines with the touch screen that has like 100+ different sodas in it, so that’s pretty nice. The buffet is not big by Vegas standards, but many of the items are quite good. Presentation was a little odd, though. They are trying to do some combination of small plates and standard buffet bins. For example, corn and mashed potatoes were each in their own individual little bowls, however rice, salads, and orange chicken were in big bins. As for the actual food, there was a decent variety. The beef and bean tostada was great, though the al pastor pork next to it was very bland. The orange chicken was by far the best orange chicken I have ever had. Usually breaded & fried Chinese food in a buffet is mushy but they managed to keep it crisp. The steamed BBQ pork buns were pretty good, perhaps a nod to Fat Choy at Eureka Las Vegas? Some foods were a bit confusing. Like I’ve never seen a buffet have Lil Smokies in BBQ sauce, or the only way you could get french fries was in a basket with shrimp. The dessert area was pretty meh. What we had was good, especially the raspberry & chocolate thing, but there were very few options compared to almost every other buffet I have been in. Overall, I’d give the buffet a 7/10, though my girlfriend really did not like it much, giving it a 4⁄10. To me this buffet is on par with GVR or the M in Las Vegas, is a bit shy of the Palms or Planet Hollywood, and definitely behind the big strip buffets(Aria, Caesars, etc.).

They try to give off a more upscale style buffet but the food is still like all buffets. Nice service and food stayed fresh so that’s always nice. If something looks old ask for it new and they are happy to change it out for some fresh stuff.

* Review is for Pizza-to-go only * We decided to get try one of the advertised $ 7 large pizzas to take back to the room, and we were sorry we did as it was not very good, but the service was even worse. The older guy taking our order acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience. When asked if we could get paper plates & napkins, he replied, «NO! You’ll get a pizza in a box!» OK the paper plates I can see a buffet not having, but no napkins? Apparently they don’t have a way to let you know when the pizza is ready, so we hung around the adjacent slot areas and after 15 – 20 minutes I asked grumpy, who barked at a co-worker to go get our pizza. His poor attitude was a shame, and I don’t think indicative of the overall service as the rest of the staff were great. Anyway the meat lovers pizza had way too much garlic on it(and we are big garlic fans), and we wound up tossing most of it.

Having eaten at many buffets over the last decade, I was prepared to be underwhelmed at the Eureka’s new Town Square Buffet. Surprisingly, I was extremely impressed. It was incredible. Rather than the large steam pans full of slowly overcooking buffet fare, the Town Square offered individual portions already plated. What a wonderful idea. Not only was I able to have a taste of more items with less waste, the food was much fresher. Offerings included steamed crab, lobster ravioli, shrimp scampi, peel and eat shrimp, and fish and chips. There was a wonderful array of salads. I enjoyed the fresh tomato and mozzarella salad and the miniature wedge salad. There was also Mexican, Italian, and Chinese cuisine available. Sliced to order meats included beef, sausage, and turkey. This is only a small portion of the food that was offered. The newly remodeled buffet room was beautiful. Décor fit the season and from what I understand will be switched out as the seasons change. Although quite crowded the noise level was low and table arrangements allowed for some privacy. I highly recommend this buffet to anyone. It was well worth the price.
