I’ve had several storage units all over the US (ex was in Navy) & I’ve had the best experience at this location. The staff is very efficient even though it can be busy & the general mgr, Craig helped me find the right size storage unit for my stuff (& budget). Plus I got a free month with my one-​way truck rental!

No real issues ordering or picking up a truck from here, but when U-​Haul emailed me asking for a review and I emailed a polite complaint about this location I got a call from a very rude man from this store.
Back story: I made a truck reservation and my dad picked up the truck a few days later. When he did he was asked to pick a drop off location. Not knowing exactly the address of my new place or that I had alrady chosen a close drop off location when I made the reservation, my dad just picked one in the same city. Turns out the new location was 3 miles further than my original selection. I simply commented that had this location paid attention to my reservation there would be less confusion and redundancy and we could have saved a few miles.
The man who called regarding my complaint was very hostile and not at all apologetic, talk about bad customer service. I wasn’t asking for anything, just stating that they could have done a better job. Glad I moved from Mesquite, and I won’t recommend this place to any friends who are moving soon.
