I first off want to commend the manager Erica she went far and beyond to make sure i was well taken care of. I had a special order being that im vegetarian and she went out her way to ensure i left happy. The 5 stars is for a job well done on her part. She is the type of manager every business need. She saved me as a customer who lives less than a mile away so i visit often. The visit in the drive thru started off rough… Adonava wasnt the most pleasant. She should not be on the cash register because she has zero personality and should not be the face nor contact for the restaurant. She would do well maybe in another position. I asked to speak to a manager after asking her about a menu item she went to the back and said she said no. I said” can you ask her to come tell me that«she said«man come talk to this lady because she dont believe me «I said«I do i just want to speak to the manager. Is it ok to speak to the manager in person??“As the manager walked to the window Adonava said“why she need you to tell her» that was offensive to me. I left happy and content with my order knowing that you guys have a great management team now yall just need to work on the training of the employees. This is burger king where i can have it my way Right?

(Drive thru experience) I’ve been at least 3 times to this location, I get always get greeted correctly but they always sound so mad about being at work, when I order more than 2 items they huff loudly enough for me to hear. And very rudely ask«is dat all». When I proceeded to the window they were patting their head as they handed me my food and beverages, then snatched the money and said«night». This establishment is not ran well at all. My order has been messed up everytime I’ve been there. Needless to say I won’t be back

I can only review my drive thru experience, so hereeeeee we go: Driving up to the speaker I am greeted with the customary scripted announcement. I placed my order & proceeded to the window to pay for my item. Caramel latte for $ 1.29, any size, this promotion was going on. I can say I understand why it was $ 1.29. Not the best taste. More like a hot chocolate than a latte. Too thick. I should’ve known better, it’s Seattle’s best. I came, I saw, I conquered… And I won’t be back for another.
