New Orleans, LA
One of the worst restaurants in the city. This review includes the consistent poor performances of the last 3 times I’ve been here. Horrible service, confused, un-​trained workers and a look of confusion with every question. No wonder the reviews before mine were bad. Will not waste another 20 minutes waiting for a biscuit and coke again. Ridiculous.

Where did the staff go? This was one of the few quick food options open late on nights I’d be heading home down Metairie Road and when I’m in a hurry I’d stop here. Maybe it was the late time that made me keep forgetting how bad it was. Every time I stop by there is no one at the counter for minutes, sometimes as many as ten.
Once you place your order the wait for it to be made is also long. Completely not worth the effort. I should have just grabbed junk food from the gas station down the road for dinner.

I would start of by saying that the food at this BK location is prepared well for fast-​food standards. This is where the positives end.
Now for the negatives… I could never get it my way at this BK. I’ve been there 3 times for breakfast lately and their always something wrong with the order. Whenever I say no egg, I always get the egg in the sandwich. Another time I asked for a bacon breakfast sandwich and they gave me a sausage one. They just can’t get it right here.

Same menu items as most other Burger King restaurants.
My breakfast combo of a breakfast muffin sandwich with hash browns was served fresh and hot.
Service was quick at the front counter. Charlina was very courteous and polite. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door.
There was only a few customers in re dining room when I visited. The drink station, along with the rest of the dining room, was clean.
