This place is great if you want to eat descent food at a great price. It’s not fancy pizza that cost $ 20 bucks. Remember it’s a buffet so you aren’t going to get expensive ingredients. To the people saying the pizza isn’t very good, you are getting what you paid for. If you ran a marathon and are starving, this is the place to come to. The stuff crust pizza they’d advertised is very good. They are constantly bringing out fresh pans of pizza. If you want, you can ask them for a custom order of pizza that they will bring to your table. They don’t make the macaroni and cheese pizza anymore, but if you ask them to make one, they’ll bring it right to your table. The place is pretty clean and the busboy is constantly coming around picking up your plates. I wish they had one of these places in New Orleans.

As always the manager Trace is friendly and funny! We love coming here and seeing him, he has recently moved to this store from Kenner and since then we don’t go to the Kenner location because it’s gross and trace makes the pizza like each one is for him, they’re delicious and he takes good care of us!

If you are looking for top quality artisan pizza, read no further. This is not the place for you. If you are looking for cheap food to fill up your stomach and pack your gluttonous brood full of carbs and sugar and a smattering of tomato sauce and a thing smear of cheese, then this IS the place for you. For less than 8 dollars, you can have a buffet of salad, pasta with some tastyish sauce, big plump breadsticks, and several different types of sparsely topped pizzas. After your carb crash is well underway, you can scoop up some gooey undercooked brownies with powdered sugar, some cinnamon rolls, or a dessert pizza with some type of pudding on it. This particular location is in a shopping center across the street from Zephyr Stadium. We hit it every so often. It is always packed to the rafters with young couples with screaming babies, teenagers laughing at unfunny things, families with kids hitting up the video games, and elderly people that you surmise must be on a budget. At lunch there are often business people eating totally attentive to their ipads or phone zoned out. There is something oddly comforting about the carbs and the din of the crowd. The place seems to stay clean and the buffet stays fresh. The people come and go in waves, standing in line waiting to pay, chatting to their companions clutching their drink cups, scoping out the buffet, choosing their pizza in their mind. They do take special requests for pizza and they are usually brought to your table in just a few minutes. If you feel like being alone in a crowd, or are looking for a place to laugh and let your kids talk a little loud for a while, give CiCi’s a try.

I rate chain restaurants based on the particular location not the whole chain in general. 5 Star to this smaller location. i normally go to kenner because im in between location and i thought kenner being the bigger store would have more selection. Thier pizza bar is just as big and less people in line getting pizza. i like it.

Went to one the one in Metairie, LA a few months ago. Was disgusting inside. The plates and utensils weren’t clean. One plate after another had pizza that was never cleaned off by the guy washing the dishes.
