Creel Hearing Center

There comes a time when you have to start helping your parents with their healthcare decisions. I’ve been the mean daughter for a while to my Mom about her hearing loss. She finally went to get an audiogram and, yep, a hearing aid was necessary.
She had her choice of facilities because almost no insurance covers hearing aids. This Center (which has a sister facility in Covington) came highly recommended by a family friend who is an MD.
I went with my Mom to ask questions and help her decide what was best for her. The audiologist was great. She explained everything in a clear and understandable way. She was personable and put my Mom at ease. She showed how to maintain her hearing aid and some ways to extend battery life.
I was super impressed with this location and would highly recommend the clinic for anyone who is need of an audiologist or hearing aids.
