Stopped in for a berverage in lieu of paying $ 3 at the hotel vending machine. I found the mart to be well stocked and reasonably priced. It is well lit and open 24 hours.

It’s the closest gas station to the bridge and as such is a bit pricier than most other gas stations in the area. There’s a discount zone about a mile further down causeway at West Napoleon that’s at least seven to ten cents cheaper. Gas is already too expensive, why pay more for it than you absolutely have to?

This is an excellent Exxon. It is the first station after you exit the Causeway Bridge and it has a boatload of pumps. The convenience store section is huge and has nearly everything you want. This station gets very crowded, but I have never had a problem getting a pump.
I have noticed that people stare at me as if I am an alien in the mornings when I fuel up. I don’t know if they have some superpower and can tell that I am actually an alien, or if I just give of the «hey stare at me» vibe.
