Came this newer location to see if the service is any better than the one by the airport. Long story short, it isn’t. Food is good as always at iHop, but the workers were slow, rude, and full of attitude. If that wasn’t the case they were mentally missing something that makes a person have common sense. The restaurant looks nice, and is in a good location, but something needs to be done about the quality of the service. I guess it’s par for the course for iHop unfortunately. IHOP is going downhill as of the last 5 years or so.

My favorite IHOP location. Service is great and the food is too. I also like that it is new, so it feels fresh inside. The fajita omelette is ginormous. And it is so huge that you can take half of it home for later! I also love the omelette that has hash browns INSIDE the omelette. The California omelette was alright but I don’t remember anything special about it. I also love the«build your own,» with just mushrooms, onions, and cheese. The pancakes are good. I love blueberry pancakes. The blueberry syrup however is too sweet, so I stick with the old fashioned syrup. We go to this location probably once or twice a month, if we have to work on the weekend. Love it!

This new location of IHOP is clean & does not smell yucky(which is wonderful compared to the one in the frontage road) but busy(which was a bummer for us, though good for them). We were seated quickly despite the full parking lot and greeted by our waitress in a timely manner. It was a bit of a bummer that it took so long to get our drinks since we only ordered water but at least it was good-tasting water. Our food took a while to appear at our table but when it did, was hot and yummy. It was fun to try out this NEW location of IHOP and get my turkey sausage and Swedish crêpe fix but we may choose a quicker service for brunch in the future.

My first experience was not as good as I hoped it would be. I ordered what I thought was very simple. It was just an order of harvest grain and nut pancakes. They came out burnt. My waitress was awesome! I asked her to send them back and just bring me a bowl of grits and an order of toast, which she did. But her manager told her not to change the ticket because it was the same price. I think $ 8 is a bit much for just pancakes or just toast. Maybe I’ll try IHOP again in a year or 2 after they’ve worked out some of their issues.

My husband wanted to try this newly opened location, where the old Cuco’s Cantina used to be. It was all new inside, and only a few other diners present. It appeared to have over a dozen people working in the dining room. We were greeted and the waitress led us to the only dirty unwiped table in the restaurant, and we started to sit down, when another employee rushed over and made us get up and move to another(clean) table, so she could clean it. Awkward start. Ordered food, which was okay, standard pancakes, sausage, bacon, the eggs were bland and clearly instant, not fresh. When the carafe of coffee got low, we asked for a refill, and the waitress took the carafe and the bill, saying she had to add it to the total. Carafe and bill returned, and I asked why refills weren’t free, and she replied she had to charge for it «because of the cameras.» Smile, your breakfast is under surveillance! Total was $ 30.00 for entire experience, husband said as we left, «that’ll hold me for another ten years,» referring to our last visit to an IHOP while evacuated for hurricane Katrina.
