Jill of All Trades

I have used Jill of all Trades for several years & each occasion is a 5 Star experience. This is the reason why.
They are always on time, often a few minutes early.
They leave their phones on the counter downstairs (shock) and immediately go to work.
They speak/​understand English so no confusion as to instructions I give.
Products have a pleasant smell, not the usual take your breath away/​harsh products.
The job is thorough, the Housekeepers are pleasant, happy & kind.
My home is left clean & smelling fresh.

I love Jill of All Trades. They show up every week at my house like clockwork. Liz is super friendly and wants to please. She does an amazing job. I love coming home to a clean house! The prices are very reasonable, quality excellent and Rebekah is so sweet.

My previous review still stands. I purchased a Living Social Deal for Jill of All Trades and was instructed to fill out a new customer intake form. I did so and both faxed and emailed it in and received not one callback. I finally called and was informed that I had to fill out a new customer intake form (rolls eyes). After informing them that I had already done so, and then being told that they couldn’t find it, I was asked to fill out another as they were on a three month waiting list. Three months before I was to have my wedding at my house I filled out yet another intake form. After approximately two months with no response I started calling to see if they had received my form and to try and schedule the day for my house to be cleaned. I called multiple times a day for two weeks, leaving a message each time and received not one callback. Three days before my wedding I was finally able to get someone on the phone and she informed me that they had no record of my communications with them and it would be very difficult to schedule a cleaning in the next two days as they are currently on a three month waiting list, but if I could fill out a customer intake form (really?, I mean really?) They would see if they could fit me in. Well needless to say I never got my house cleaned and my voucher is now expired meaning I spent money on nothing and wasted who knows how much of my time to end up with nothing.
