They was very rude from the start and the money they offered me was such a insult to me because it was extremely slow. I told them i want me things back and the girl got so mad at me and started to throw my stuff on the counter. I’ll never go back!!!

Alright. So, I felt the need to update my Kid To Kid Review. The prices are still as low as you have come to expect from Kid To Kid. However, they have really taken their Customer Service up several notches. Their Facebook page is monitored closely, questions answered quickly and in a very friendly manner. They have a «Wish List» for things you cannot find there but need in the future. Their staff is still extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. So, whats new at Kid To Kid? New Stock. New Selection. Facebook Integration. Same stellar Customer Service. LOVETHESEFOLKS!

It’s a little pricey here, but they only take in really good quality 2nd hand merchandise. I’ve found some fantastic outfits, strollers/jumpers, and toys for the little one. They also have a GREAT selection of hair bows/clips and other accessories(new, not 2nd hand) by the checkout counter. You can subscribe to their mailing list on the website, or follow them on Facebook, to find out about sales. There is always something going on, which makes it even more affordable. Kid to Kid is a great alternative to digging around unorganized thrift stores, as they have everything organized by size, and then by color/style. Kids grow out of stuff within a matter of months, so i’ve found this is a great way to get adorable clothing/shoes without paying an absurd amount of money for a brand name.

Very expensive used clothes and toys. I saw several toys missing parts with the same price as brand new. Clothes items are very pricey the funny part is that when you go sell your stuff they won’t pay more than $ 0.50.

Found some reasonable items for my twins, but also have some«pricey» things that I would not expect in a consignment, 2nd hand store. Also, do on go in expecting to run in, make a clothing trade, and run out. Not gonna happen, unless you catch them at first morning light. If they are busy, it seems that they will«rush» through the items as well. And I have gotten a few, what I considered lame excuses on why they would not consign/buy a particular item. But just as well, those items will go to other kids who really need it!

This place is AWESOME they always have great gently used(and new) stuff for the little ones, the toy selection is insane! they also have a huge selection of shoes and accessories. You can also sell your kids clothes here and either get a store credit or cash(like Buffalo Exchange for kids!) If you pick store credit you get more money than you would for cash. There is always a «find» here for your kids I almost hate to review it because I don’t want to «out» my secret place!

I just got back from selling clothes at Kid To Kid… it was AWFUL! They weren’t particularly helpful or friendly which didn’t bother me that much. What REALLY bothered me was the selling process. First, all clothes must be «laundered and folded»(not a big deal) and you can only bring in «one medium size box at a time»(not a huge deal either). So you go in, give the lady the clothes while you browse the store and they call your name once they’ve picked threw the clothes. They don’t tell you what clothes they are taking… they just give you a total, you sign a paper, and that’s it. I brought«one medium size box of laundered, folded clothes» roughly containing 100 pieces… they took 16 pieces! I should note they took the 16 pieces WITH tags… these 16 pieces were from GAP, Children’s Place, Carters, etc… and the tags will show that NOT one item was under $ 10. Do you know how much they gave me those 16 items??? TWELVEDOLLARS!!! Or SEVENTYFIVECENTS and item!!! Clearly these items have NEVER been worn… I mean they still had tags on them! 75 cents for a GAP shirt that I got on sale for $ 12.99… I think not! Did I expect to get $ 12.99 for that shirt? Of course not! I would have been happy with $ 2−3… but 75 cents!!! Come on!!! You can’t even get a coke these days for 75 cents!!! I actually left the store with the $ 12 in hand… but on the way home I got so upset thinking about that GAP shirt(it was the one on top of the pile of clothes they were taking, the only one I could see) that I turned around and went back to the store. I got the clothes back and gave them the $ 12… I figured I could sell them at a garage sale or on craigslist for more than that! I understand consignment stores, I have sold my clothes to them before. I just think 75 cents for a shirt that is new(bought within the last year), with tags, NEVER been worn, from GAP is outrageous!!! Not to mention, I know damn well they will turn around and sell it for much more than that! Another item they bought(for that brief time period) was an adorable spring dress that I bought on sale for $ 30. Again, tags still on it because my daughter grew too fast to wear it. Anyway, they gave me 75 cents for that dress… a dress similar to that was in the store, it caught my eye because it was sooo similar to the one I was selling. Do you know how much that dress was selling for??? $ 22.99!!! If you’re looking to get rid of clothes and don’t care if you get a penny or a hundred dollars then this is the store for you. Otherwise I say try another store. I’m so upset and so disappointed by that whole experience… it was a waste of time(from washing the clothes to folding them to bringing them into the store… and of course there was the waiting for 30 mins as they picked threw them and the drive BACK to the store to get the clothes and give them back there money). HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience!!! On another note they did have some really cute bows, stockings, headbands… but I will NOT be shopping or selling there regardless of how cute those items were!
