Roy and Corbin were prompt and took care of all issues that we had with our electrical outlet installation. They went above and beyond their job description and helped us out with a few other issues as well.

This place cares so little about driver safety I dare not use them for my house AC & Heating needs. Every day cars are illegally parked on the corner of Metairie Rd & N. Causeway its very hard to see oncoming traffic. The red truck parks in straight front of the beam holding up the causeway overpass instead of on an angle as the parking stripes are. And the white SUV parks too close to the curb on Metairie Rd. If someone runs the red light bad you will never see it and they are to blame.

Bought a whole house generator from this co. Have had to replace an in box generator because it was defective. During hurricane Isaac the generator went out the day after the storm, Technician came out and found the battery was bad so he charged it up and charged me $ 225.00 dollars. The next day the generator went out again. 2 techs. came out and found the first in box generator was shorted out because the first time it was replaced the wires were crossed which made it short out, in a nut shell it was put in wrong and they found that the battery was bad! So they had to put a new battery in. The tech. that came out the day before just said it had to be charged. The 2 techs. even found that the battery the first tech. JUST had to charge had been jammed in it’s spot so hard they had to use a large screw driver to take it out. They also stated they were repairing different parts on these generators for 2 days! This visit cost me $ 450.00 dollars! Now today as i write this MY GENERATOR JUST WENT OUT AGAIN. The second time they came out they even serviced it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !

I had such high hopes when I used this company since they were rated highly by the New Orleans BBB, but DON’T use these guys. They are *way* overpriced.
Perhaps I should have known since they would not give me an estimate over the phone for hanging a couple of ceiling fans. They sent out their technicians (@ the rate of $ 64/​hr). They took a look at my home (not the fans, not the ceilings, not the electrical box, NOTHING electrical at all, just my penthouse), went back to their van, and came back with a quote. Since I was on the hook fo the $ 64 bucks regardless, I had them do the work.
Bottom line; 2 guys, 2 hours, $ 700 dollars.
