I visited the Loft tonight looking for something to wear for an event tomorrow. I tried on a few things and had 1 pair of pants that I planned on buying. While putting my other things back, Stephanie began helping me. I’m so glad she did, because I walked out with several new outfits. She helped me for well over an hour, bringing me different tops, sweaters, and skirts to try on and offered her expertise on what worked and what didn’t. Stephanie even placed an order for 2 things that were not available in my size at the store. I love the Loft and have always enjoyed shopping here, but tonight I experienced the best customer service I have ever received anywhere! Stephanie is a knowledgable, friendly, and you can tell she enjoys her job!

Great quality clothing. It’s a little pricey sometimes, but not bad. The employees are usually friendly, but they can be pushy and overbearing. Sometimes when I go in I just want to leave because they won’t leave me alone long enough for me to peruse the store.
I wish the store was located in the mall instead of a little walk away; it would be more convenient.

This location got a facelift and is huge! I prefer this location rather than the one in esplanade because it is a stand alone store.

If you liked The Loft before… guess what, this location absorbed the Men’s Warehouse next door and is now going to be BIGGER! Yes, that’s right, more clothes to wear to work! The dressing rooms are huge and fancy smancy. Big improvement since it was always packed. Now we have room to spread out.
