I called around and got quotes from various plumbers. His price for: visit, clean-​out and/​or video inspection were pretty much the same as the others. However, the quality of service and honesty is what convinced me to choose this company. In both the initial phone conversation and during his visit his friendliness, expertise, knowledge and helpfulness shone throughout. My clog was fixed in a very short space of time and I received a wealth of information in the process. In addition, he was prompt in arriving at the appointed time. Professionalism, quality of service, timeliness and friendly service doesn’t get any better than this!
