McDonald’s

Absolutely terrible. HORRIBLE workers with terrible customer service, & they act as though they’re doing YOU a favor — which is hysterical. Ignorant, lazy, You name it. McFlurry machine is always «broken», and they always get your order wrong. On the bright side, Wendy’s is across the street and a new Cane’s is being built too. Thank god.

I kept trying to give them another chance, but without fail they always screw up our order. Tonight was the 5^th time they told me that they weren’t serving any ice cream! I had a car full of boys wanting McFlurries, but nope. The machine can’t be broken all the time — I just don’t think they want to clean it or mess with it. And our drinks were all wrong and it took almost 10 minutes to get a couple orders of fries and chicken nuggets. All I could do was stare thru the drive thru window at one of the employees while she played on her phone while myself and 7 other cars behind me waited. They need to clean house and overall clean the place.

They are awful and a joke save your time and money. Krystal the manner acts like she wants to get fired so she can collect unemployment. She did everything but tell me to f off. I asked her if they suppose to sell breakfast all day what’s up why can’t I get it. She said because we not selling it. We are sellimg burgers. After I waited 24 mins. they didn’t take my order at the Mic she said at night they take one by one so you have to drive up to the second window to order. Ride and uncalled for never going back

It’s 11:36 pm I’ve been sitting in line 20 minutes with two cars ahead of me.
Did someone order 50 cheese burgers?

Rude night shift workers. Fries are ALWAYS too salty. However you visit around 1400, staff is normally hospitable.

This location is awesome enough for me to Unilocal.The employees are very nice and when I was having a bad day recently, the cashier told me how to fix my broken shoe. They always give me napkins and ask if I need ketchup. Super fast, hot food. I barely have to wait inside and the dining area is spotless. I’m glad mozzarella sticks were added to the menu too.

Store #3841. Rude employees. Food was cold. Took forever to pay for order. Two cars left before me. Comment line mailbox was full!!! Duh!!!

Normally I wouldn’t bother with a review but after the 3^rd time in a row I’ve gone through the drive thru with no food… here goes.
Pulled in with 2 cars in front of me. Ordered a combo meal and some nuggets. 20 mins later, we get to the window. Employee says that’ll be 4 dollars and something. I said, no that guy drove off already after not getting his food. She then asks what I had. I pay and wait another 15 mins. After a few more mins I ask for a refund and the «manager» comes to the window. He not so politely says,“well you ordered all this food and you can see all the cars in front of you.” I told him it’s been 45 mins and there were 2 cars in front of me, 1 of which decided not to wait for his Big Mac and left. He gave me my money and asked for my Sprite back. Completely rude and ignorant.
Either way, Wendy’s is across the street.

At least I can give this McDonald’s three stars. Compared to the one on Severn, it is way better. Food is nicer, food is actually not stale. And the food taste better as well. I do wish the unsweet tea did not taste rotten, they need to clean their bins. Other than that I like this McDonald’s. Too bad it’s too far away from my house for quick access.
As far as customer service, well it’s McDonald’s what do you expect they all have bad customer service down here.

Worst in the country. I’ve lived a couple blocks from this place for 5 years. Want a McDonald’s where they screw up almost every single order? This is it. Want staff that’s rude, lazy and ill trained? This is it. And it’s been that way the whole time I’ve lived nearby.

It’s Mc Donald’s and if that blows your skirt up you will be happy you went here. Fairly good drive thru service here haven’t ever been inside to see the cleanliness
