Apartment is too old, everything is broken. Air conditioner sucks, doesn’t cool down the room at all. Management group is changing all the time.

Millstream apts are affordable and the location is great. We have been here 3years and just like any place it has it’s goods and bad things. Overall the amenities are good. Nice courtyard, pool, washer/​dryer, dishwasher etc., it’s very convenient for us that the school bus stops right in front of the office.
We have had some issues in the past with management staff completely changing constantly (excluding the maintenance staff they have always been the same), repairs would take a while, roaches and small mice. I hate that the corporate office closed the drop off slot for mail and rent purposes. It is very inconvenient for those who work and get paid on the last day to pay rent to have to leave work just to drop off rent money before the office closes. I just choose not to pay online cause there is a $ 25 fee.
