Went in to find out about an aux set-​up. Was told that the cable for the aux could only go through the glove compartment. Needless to say when it was all over with and I got in my car to see how it would look I wasn’t at all pleased. The cord is so Flemsy that it doesn’t even stay in my phone.

I had them tint a visor strip on my windshield. It completely fell off within a few hours. I went back, and the installer offered to do the job with black vinyl, which is illegal in Jefferson Parish… and most places as far as I know. I declined. They then refused to give me a refund.
I then went to Car Audio Connection on River Rd. Their prices were a lot lower than Mobile-​One, they did the job in half the time, and the results were incredible. The installer also gave me an additional discount because he felt sorry for me having to deal with Mobile-​One.

Worst customer service experience… The guy talks to u with an attitude almost talking to you as if you were stupid for not knowing about stereo installation. They were very expensive and they always are try to get u to buy more unnecessary things. At the end I cancelled the installation because of the guys attitude an the price and I was charged 20 $ just to test the radio that I brought (something that took 5seconds to do – which was very petty for «professional company» to do)…
… If you dont want to waste your time, money and avoid a headache — AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
