Papa John’s Pizza

Hung up while asking questions around where they deliver. Obviously was annoyed with my question and hung up. Didn’t know I couldn’t ask questions and was just amazed even if I was 2 miles away they couldn’t deliver. Loved papa johns so was willing to taxi over there but they hung up on me!!!

I don’t know if this is a regular thing, but I am watching this crew the night before Christmas Eve bust their butts and still maintain prompt professional service! I came in for a pickup with a bit of special requests, either the shift leader or manager was very accommodating worth the drive from Destrehan !

Never had a problem with this location. They once messed up my order but they offered me a new one plus the one they ruined. I normally order online and never had a problem with that. The only reason why I don’t get them a full 5 stars is because other Papa Johns around New Orleans have much better deals than they do.

Used the online ordering system, pizza took 1 hour and fifteen minutes to arrive. The pizza was incorrect, do not have another hour to wait for a replacement. Would recommend avoiding this location

Don’t waists your time these people are horrible… Took me 6 min to get off of hold and then it was like i was talking to a complete degenerate… Just call another pizza place!!!

Today will be the last day I order from this joint. This Papa John’s location is about 1.5 miles from where I work in the evenings… it is a FIVE MINUTE drive from my location, yet, on the few occasions I have ordered from this place, there have only been a couple of times that they’ve made it to my location in less than 45 minutes! I’ve even added information in the «driver instructions» portion of the app, to make it easier for the driver to find our location… this evening, after it had been 45 minutes since I ordered the pizza pie, I got a call from the store… it was the driver asking how to find my place. Apparently, the «driver instructions» are meant for everyone, but the driver. Needless to say, by the time the driver arrived with my pizza, it was cold, and I was no longer looking forward to a tasty pizza pie… I also asked for it to be well done, and square cut. Yep, you guessed it, neither of those things were done. I would’ve given this place zero stars, but it would not allow me to post this review without a rating… hence the single star…
I can safely say that in the future, I would rather eat a three week old rice cake tofu sandwich, then risk ordering a pizza from this Papa John’s location…

They deliver quickly & they don’t screw up my order. What more can you ask from a national delivery chain?
