Showed up randomly before calling beforehand. We only knew they were installing it because we could hear them on the roof. The second time they arrived unannounced was with the guys who tested the sealants around the house to make sure the energy saved was what the company promised. They were nice guys and apologized for coming unannounced. But the second group who came there after they were done were highly unprofessional – just sat around «overseeing» the guys that were actually working. I’m still confused as to why they needed four guys to «oversee» the two guys doing their job.
Besides being unprofessional, the price of our entergy bill was not drastic. We saved roughly $ 46/​month.
