I’ve taken my infinity to other service departments and Ray Brandt in New Orleans has the best service. This is based on: Service Dept Returned phone calls promptly Ability to schedule car services Loaner car I bought my car here and they delivered it to Mississippi in a storm. The sales person I’ve dealt with is Bill Grise(?) And service dept employees are Tina and David. Thanks for making it easy!

Seriously we were just here 2 days ago for tire sensor light coming on & it went on again yesterday??? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a new car with so many issues grrr This isn’t how we want to spend our Saturday

Best service ever! I stopped by to get my car washed… free for owners. I’ve been to places where whatever free service is great at first but as time wears on, the business is not so happy that you are still taking advantage of what they offered. I was greeted with an enthusiastic smile, the rep checked to see how long it would take for them to wash my car, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. I’ve been coming here for 3 years and every time I come in(whether for the free wash or a service) I’m greeted with the happiest smiling people anywhere. They get you in and out quickly and I still feel pampered.

My husband and I had a fabulous experience with Ray Brandt Infiniti and would recommend them highly. I casually mentioned to Joey Hogh that I might be in the market for a car. He immediately sent me a link and we purchased our vehicle the next day. Neither of us have EVER had such personalized service. I’ve referred two of my colleagues to Joey and Ray Brandt Infiniti and they, too, have been totally pleased. We are all HUGE Ray Brandt fans!

I have always had a good experience here so far. My most recent visit was my first in awhile. I thought my last oil change and tire rotation without a balance was way too expensive. I still do. The most recent work I had done was reasonably priced for all that they did. I knew what I needed when I went in. That really helps when you’re dealing with anything to do with your car. They brought me into the garage to show me what a bad wheel bearing looks like. I already knew I needed one. I liked that they showed me rather than just telling me I needed one. Not everyone knows what your vehicle does when it needs certain things. Something like a wheel bearing could go unnoticed to someone who doesn’t know what to listen for. This helped me build my trust in them and I didn’t walk out feeling like I had just been screwed and not in a good way.
