Attention to detail and delivery on customer request is not their strong suit. Called to verify an item twice and mentioned taking off of work in order to come pick up the item in question. Was reassured of item version during both phone calls while restating that taking off work would be required to pick up the mentioned item. Arrived to be told «oh, I didn’t look at the box close enough». Thanks, Bill, you’re a gem.
