I cancelled my appointment today because the staff is rude and not helpful. I called on monday and they were suppose to return my call on tuesday… It didn’t happen, i called them again and schedule an appointment but then cancelled it because they were rude and careless.

Staff is terrible! Felt uncomfortable and not welcome. I was looking for a doctor that I keep going back to but they lost a good customer, found a great place but will not give out my secret, that office is getting harder to book an appointment.

I really liked Dr Rose! She was helpful and not trying to sell me anything I didn’t need or want. They had some specials listed at the time which I found to be very helpful. I’m looking forward to coming back here again because I got just the results I was looking for.

Dr. Rose is very good at what she does. Her staff is not helpful and wait times are bad! Its too bad because I really like Dr Rose. The office environment isn’t that nice compared to other places that offer medical beauty treatments.
