Noting but positive experiences shopping there. Many quaint gifts and they are always willing to show you things you never thought about. Had birthday party invitations personalized. They took all the time I needed and showed me samples of ideas I had not even thought of. After my invitation was selected, I made 5 revisions to the wording and font. Not one time did they complain about my frequent changes. Will be a customer for life. (Didn’t know them before, and not related)

The owner/​manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was complaining about how he wasn’t getting any business in the store that day. I suggest if he wishes to receive more customers than he should probably treat the people in the store with more class and respect. Very disappointed!

The staff at Rudman’s takes the time to assist your needs. They have a wide variety of cards and they offer personalized stationary. They have balloons and novelty items as well. I enjoyed shopping with them and plan to return.

I ordered $ 650 worth of stationary which was made beautifully. I then asked for a small donation for a silent auction (in the $ 15 range) and was told they weren’t doing enough business to support our auction… the store was so full of customers I had to wait to pick up my order… tacky.
