I absolutely love tanning here! The owner is so sweet and the girls who work here are just as nice! They have so many beds that there is hardly ever a wait. It is not as expensive as other tanning salons in the area either! They have great products and as a VIP members they come at a discount. I’ve been tanning here for six years now and will never go anywhere else! I’ve gotten airbrushed here too and it came out great. They made sure that I knew exactly how to take care of the tan for it to last! Overall, it’s a great place and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Always come here for airbrush tanning and it is flawless every time. Love this place

What an amazing place! I’ve had 2 spray tans from Liz (who, by the way, is just a doll and so professional and compassionate) and I can’t believe the incredible results. Not only do I have the most natural looking tan for the first time ever, but I also have a level of confidence I haven’t had in 3 years since I gained weight and had some disfigurement from breast cancer. I feel beautiful and like I don’t need to change a thing about myself now. Except maybe I could stop looking in the mirror so much. :) My husband just loves the way I look too ;) Thanks Liz! You don’t know what your company now means to me.

Way better prices than planet beach and helpful, knowledgable employees who aren’t annoying or pushy. Beds are simple and to the point, which some may not like, but I prefer. My 2 friends (Thurmond sisters) use to work here way back in the day, before the remodel. It’s wayyyy nicer now. Waxing and a little boutique area, too. My only complaint is that I wish they were open later.

I’ve had many spray tans in my lifetime, and this places is by far the best! The staff is fabulous and they make you feel so comfortable, the actual spray tan product they use lasts for a good amount of time, and it dries so quickly! I will be back next month :)

Been here a few different times for an airbrush tan. It’s quick and easy, and comes out awesome each time! although I am not thrilled about getting completely undressed in front of a stranger, it’s always up to you… so I do it to avoid any possible lines… but they do make you feel comfortable. I’m no rookie when it comes to «faking a tan,» so when people will tell me how natural it looks, I just love it!
I will be back! Before a beach vacation, or a special occasion! Got some cute shorts in the boutique too!

After going to a number of tanning salons in the area, I think this one ranks the highest. The prices are reasonable, both on tanning packages and on their lotions and products. The beds are clean, but a little on the older side. The wait staff is welcoming and attentive, they will help you get what you need instead of just throwing you in a room with no instruction. I definitely recommend SunBodies if you live in the area.

I was hopeful about this place because they were friendly and helpful when I called for basic info… But it was downhill from there. In short: I would NOT recommend this place. Here’s why:
As soon as you walk in, there’s an unpleasant aroma of cheap, all-​purpose cleaner masking an ethnic food smell.
Next stop: the rest room. It was less than clean, and I could smell urine. (As an aside, I do have an exceptionally sensitive nose, so others might not be as bothered).
Since I’d already paid for my $ 10 session in the «platinum» bed, I made my way to the room, where I had only 3 minutes to disrobe and lotion up– all while trying not to let my clothing touch any dirty surfaces– not an easy feat considering the only hook was on the door and the small folding chair had debris on it (eg, dust, hair, pieces of plastic packaging).
The floor looked as though it hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in at least a week. It was disgusting. I actually wore my socks in the bed because I didn’t want to step on the floor (see pics).
The bed itself was just okay– I’d say this «platinum» bed was comparable to most other places’ «basic.» The bed was older than most I’ve seen, which contributed to the overall unclean feeling. There was no cleaner in the room, so I just hope they do a better job with the beds than they do the bathroom.
Finally, there was no wastebasket in the room.
Bottom line: I won’t be back. I’ll spend the extra money and drive a bit farther for a cleaner place.

I went for a spray tan recently and was disappointed. I am no rookie when it comes to spray tans. I am the whitest girl you will ever see. I found that if I gain enough dignity to strip down in front of another usually young and skinnier girl that the tan comes out perfectly compared to the machines. The machines give me a «nutella» look that I dont want.
Thats why I decided to take this salon up on their $ 20 first time customer offer. The tanning room was very basic. No big deal there.
What I didnt like compared to other places:
was the fact that she sprayed me once and really fast. She didnt ask me to bend a certain way, etc to get into any creases
I was never told how to take care of the tan afterwards (I just happen to know)
She explained while spraying that it will dry darker but yet she asked me to look in the mirror to see if thats the color I wanted to achieve?
After the one coat was applied, I was asked to stand in front of two tiny fans that were pointed in awkward positions.
I noticed that my leg was only half tan so when she came back in (after drying) I pointed it out and she sprayed the strip and I had to dry again. I asked if she noticed any other missed spots and she said no. I thought my shin/​calf was uneven but it was hard to tell in the fluorescent light.
After showering the next morning, I noticed that I didnt even have a tan line by my underwear and my shin/​calf had a big white strip.
I was attending a wedding that evening so there was nothing I could do but go to the wedding uneven and hope no one would notice. :/​
Basically, she was the youngest person that ever spray tanned me and the inexperience showed.
By the way, when I showed up, the receptionist asked the two girls sitting by the desk who wanted to spray me which was pretty awkward considering that neither looked eager.

Pretty good place. Got an airbrush tan here last week and only opted for the one layer, thank god I did or else I would have been cooked. At first it was a little too dark for my liking, but after showering it looked awesome. Very satisfied. Friendly staff.

Great tanning salon! Great waitstaff, awesome selection of beds, and low prices (they are always running promotions). Most importantly its clean & well maintained.
