wanted to update my review. My mom and dad were customers of Terminix. They loved the nice guy that sprayed for them. My mom recently found out he is no longer with them. She doesn’t like the new guy so we’re moving on to another company. I guess it’s the spray tech and the job they do and not really the company itself. We’re okay with it — we’ve found a cheaper company that does a good job like the former guy did.

The Terminix team represents the best you can get when it comes to Pest Control. They are professional and most importantly they listened to my concerns and gave me solutions to my problems.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We had them booked to come to my house in the morning. They gave an arrival window from 9 until 11. I take off of work and wait around all morning for them to show up. They did not. They left a note on my door saying that they attempted to come. Two adults were home, as well as my dogs that did not bark and my phone with the ringer in high that did not ring. They must have lightly knocked once then left. I did not sit by the door for two hours to wait. I expected a knock that someone could hear or a phone call. I even called terminix to double check that they were coming and they ensured that he was on the way. The loudest thing I did was wash dishes which would not have drowned out the sound.
If you have time to take off of work and wait for nothing then be told you can reschedule a week later for another attempt then I still recommend wasting your time with another company.

Excellent. We had Bill come and assess our bedbug and flea problem. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and didn’t push for unnecessary expensive interventions. We will be recommending him to our friends.

This is the start of a business relationship for pest control. Initial contact was very professional. A representative is due out to discuss the protection of our new home.
A detail review to follow and a possible rating change based on the experience of the services and cost of those services in the near future. So far so good.
