Didn’t even get a hair cut. Waited for almost an hour and they kept taking guys that walked in after me. Said they had appointments. Couldn’t get an idea of time from anyone so I left after an hour. There was only one other guy in there when I walked in to

Terrible customer service! Walk-​ins have to wait and hope an open barber feels like working. The owner is very skilled but I could never book a convenient appointment and when I did, he was a no-​show. Today, he was the only one there and told me to come back later. I won’t be going back.

came in as a walkon at 11am. both barbers said they had an 11:30 so i would have to wait for a bit, or i could come back at noon. i said lets do noon and i put my name in for the appointment. came back at 11:50 and waited until 12:50 before walking out. Ignored the entire time. customer service is poor unless you are one of their regular buddies i guess. other guys haircut looked good so i guess their is that.
