All I can say is wow! Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich. Ordered a sausage and cheese Asiago bagel… HEAVEN! no more Dunkin Dounuts for me. Very pleasant staff and a huge lottery center.

Really nice people working every time… The house breakfast sandwich is one of the best you can get. So is the coffee. My bf and I regret every time we would go across the street to dunkins for breakfast. Never again! This is our new go to on the weekends

I was running errands and didn’t prepare well so I had nothing to eat when the hungry horrors hit. I’d passed Common Grounds literally hundreds of times but never stopped. I’d seen the sign advertising pizza so figured I’d grab a slice or two. The place is small and divey looking. As Ian mentioned, there are tables in the back to sit. Can’t imagine they want you lingering since the chairs are of the folding variety. I asked about pizza and it turns out they stopped selling pizza last fall. I perused the menu for something else and«pastrami» caught my eye. It wasn’t listed separately but they had it for the reuben. Apparently the pastrami sandwich somehow managed to not make it to the menu. They do make it with rye and swiss and will add pickles. The price was good and the size of the sandwich wasn’t bad for the cost. I’ve paid twice as much money for not twice as much sandwich. Sad to say, although the prep was good, the pastrami itself was lackluster. So I had the makings for a great sandwich with subpar meat. What a pity. I’d probably go back and try something else but as for the pastrami, I’ll pass.

Common Grounds Café is a good convenient place to stop for coffee, sandwiches, and Mass Lottery tickets, located just east of the NH state line. The place itself is a divey convenience store with two counters, one for store and lottery ticket purchases and the other counter is for the Common Grounds Café. They brew fresh ground Hogan Brothers Coffee(hot & iced drinks), espresso, assorted baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches & wraps, and Pica’s Pizza. Happy Hour is 6AM-7:30AM(Mon-Fri) when all fresh brewed coffee is $ 1.00, any size. Also, a Common Grounds Coffee Club card is offered, buy 9 drinks, get one free. The coffee here is pretty good and strong. I also enjoy their breakfast sandwiches including a sausage, egg, & cheese on a toasted Asiago cheese bagel, which goes very well with the coffee, yummy! There’s self serve table seating in the store with TV and the back seating area(Keno Café) is a bit dusty. The idea here is to sit back and get comfortable and play some Keno while enjoying your food and coffee. However, when I was here recently, the Keno screens were not on. I prefer getting my coffee to go since«me drive car!»
