Love the ice cream! This place is a local classic with huge portions. My favorite flavors are chocolate peanut butter cup and mint chocolate chip. The orange pineapple is also amazing. In my 20+ years of going here, the quality has been consistently good!

Strawberry frappé is sooo good i am back w/​in 24 hours for another one.

I am writing this review for this experience only, normally they are on the ball.
I ordered a chocolate ice cream soda with vanilla ice cream, pretty straightforward. Maybe it is an old school thing and they don’t get much practice but not rocket science. There was very little soda and the syrup was a mass on the bottom I had to add soda water at home or I would have been drinking straight syrup. That was somewhat forgivable but here is what earned them one star the vanilla ice cream was more ice then cream. I maybe could understand a less served flavor but vanilla? Really? I have never had more icy ice cream. Not just small grains but huge chunks.
One star for an ice cream stand that has such a poor product.
