We were at a late concert and we’re trying to find a place to grab a bite last Saturday and found this McDonald’s open. We pulled up around 11:35 with the signs on the door saying open until midnight. We just wanted to grab a quick burger for all of us. When we pull up to the speaker there was no hello, no greeting just«we are closed» in a snarky voice and then silence. I get we were there late but there was still almost a half hour left until the store closed. The rudest place I have been. Please work on the tact of your employees.

The coffee, both hot and iced are consistently great! Very underrated. The Egg McMuffin and Egg White Delight breakfast sandwiches are very good. I like to substitute the excellent Applewood Bacon for the Canadian Bacon. I don’t get the burgers but the grilled and buttermilk chicken sandwiches are very good. The staff members are nice and friendly and I’ve found only slow for Dine-ins on those busy after Church Sundays. I would advise a better balance between Drive-up and Dine-in customers. Have waitstaff read back orders for increased accuracy in final order. The WiFi is very fast, way, way better than Starbucks at the Loop. The restrooms are and always have been impeccably clean. That’s commentary from both users of them. Considering there’s a lot of off-the-highway customers, kudos to the cleaning crew.

This is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever visited. The people are nice enough, but the service is just so slow. The menu at all McDonald’s restaurants is overly complicated and as a result service is just too slow. Sometimes the flavors are off, as though there is rancid oil in the meal. I’ll take a sandwich from Whole Foods any day…

It’s a nice-looking McDonalds, with generally good logistics. The sitting areas are very eye-appealing, but generally uncomfortable. The chairs and tables outside are cemented in so you can’t move anything. The rest rooms are extremely clean, thought I found it a little amusing to have 2 hot air hand dryers when there’s only 1 sink. The food? Meh — it’s McDonalds. But what I found interesting to watch is the behind-the counter scenario. I think there were 8 people running around trying to satisfy all the drive-thru requests, and a single person staffing a very backed-up line to order inside. If there’s any kind of line inside, you’re better off turning around, getting into your vehicle, and going through the drive-thru.

This is a review of the playplace only. Not dirty, not extra clean. Equipment is showing some signs of wear, not too bad. The only real complaint I have is that there are no tables in the playplace to eat/sit at while the kids play.
